What is an Excel Manual Test Pump?
Hand-operated pump designed for hydrostatic pressure testing of pipelines, pressure vessels, boilers, heat exchangers, valves and other pressure-containing systems.
Does it require electricity?
No. It is manually operated.
What is the test medium?
Water is normally used for hydrostatic testing. Sometimes, Hydraulic Oil is also used as pumping media
Can it test heat exchangers?
Yes, provided the pump's pressure rating and connections are suitable for the heat exchanger and even for smallest engineering parts subject to Hydro-Test.
How is the required pressure achieved?

How do I select a model?
Selection depends mainly on required test pressure, system volume, application and connection requirements. EXCEL Manual Test Pump are available with 1.5 MTR or Higher length of High Pressure Hose having Discharge End Connection of 1/2" BSPF

Yes, suitable configurations can be discussed based on the customer's pressure-testing requirements.
What safety precautions are required?
Never exceed the rated pressure of the pump or equipment under test, and ensure all connections, hoses, valves and gauges are suitable and secure.
